40 feared dead as a tanker carrying combustible materials rammed into 13 cars before bursting into flames. The number is likely to go higher.
Most of the victims died on the spot, some burnt beyond recognition, after the Ugandan registered tanker carrying an allegedly illegal substance burst into flames on impact.
